on multiple occasions the app will bug and not allow you to turn notifications on or off. if you are trying to get to an event where this error persists, theres a chance you won't be able to even view the event and it won't update the ticket selection. it's frustrating but other than that the app does work. it's happened to me to many times however that I can't give it more than 2 stars

Useful concept, but extremely unsatisfactory ticket notifications. In 2+ years on the app, NOT ONCE was I able to claim a ticket after receiving a push. REWORK THIS FEATURE! If your push notif gateway sends notifications in waves, cancel any waves after a ticket is claimed. If there is a queue of notifs, cancel it if all available tickets are claimed. Ensure the sending queue is well randomised so I'm not always the last to receive the push if my name or ID starts with a Z...

Vehicle for ticket touts. All the sellers have sold many hundreds of tickets and some looking for ā¬340+ for a ā¬40 face value ticket. No enforcement of pricing rules on sellers. Update - additional info provided in Jan with request to contact me directly by email. No response until this. Forwarded screenshots to Ticketswap email & got automated response from AI platform Intercom which had no context to the issue.
