Any app requiring me to create an account before showing me what I'm getting in return for my personal information gets an automatic one-star review and deleted. If you want my personal information to sell, show me what you're trading me for it first.

The questions are not like the paramedic exit exam. I'd say maybe half the questions are relevant and the other half are pathophysiology which we don't even learn or worry about in emergency medicine.

Pathophysiology "IS" something you DO need to learn AND worry about in emergency medicine if you want to be good at it! We are constantly updating the National Registry Simulator to be a real-time simulation program that mimics the current style exactly. Just like the registry, your experience in the each individual TEST will vary depending on you!
