I love the fact that we can do in-service on this app instead of going in person. it's very convenient. Thank-you for making it easier for us Aides that don't have to travel . 10 stars if I could.

I've been with this agency for almost a year. The only reason why I stay is because I know how much I'm needed at my patient's home. I've been doing this job for almost 16yrs & I've had my bad times but, this one will be late with paying & don't tell you in advance if it's late. HHA's can only reach them through their chat system on the app, barley respond. Sometimes you have a issue clocking in/out it's your fault. You have an emergency last minute, they move you back from your pay rate rank.

GREAT APP!! Shows you ALL the available Cases open that your Agency has. You can take on another case that is posted W the click of a button!! GREAT, Resource.. Also, shows Temporary One Time Shift's (people call out, etc.) Which you can grab as a one shot deal to make Extra money.. Posts throughout the Weekend "One time Shift's" and you can pick something up at the very last minute.. 10 STARS!!
