The app works fine although its functionality could also be provided in a web page and save space in the device, since it does not work without internet connectivity anyway. One thing that could be improved is the data usage report: it shows multiple amounts for the same day, whilst an option to summarize by a given granularity could be much more valuable to the user (total every 12h, every day, every week).

The Mobile Service is good. Plan prices are reasonable. So why only 3 stars? Because the telephone customer verification process is bad. Lebara asks you to provide your name and address as security questions, but also which number you call the most! These aren't proper security questions and customers shouldn't be expected to provide their call information. 👎

The app is decent, but the customer support and communication are extremely poor. My SIM was deactivated before I received any warning. I only got an email when it was already too late to take action. Support kept insisting that they had sent earlier notifications, but I never received any. This feels like a broken process rather than user error.
