About this app

Radio Stream was built to make it easy to tune into most web radio streams. It supports adaptive streaming audio streams and progressive audio web streams. Want to easily jump in and listen to a radio stream from your local college or city radio station? No problem. As long as the station you are wanting to listen to provides a link for a supported stream type, Radio Stream can help!

Supported Stream Types:
Adaptive: Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH), HTTP Live Streaming (HLS), and SmoothStreaming.
Progressive: MP4, M4A, FMP4, WebM, Matroska, MP3, OGG, WAV, FLV, ADTS, AMR

Radio Stream has one main big button, the play button! Easily start streaming or even pause the stream easily. The simplistic design is on purpose, to help with older customers, we wanted to make it easy to see and use.

Supports a wide variety of web stream types.
With the most popular music formats supported like MP3, MP4, M4A, and WAV. Radio stream is sure to be able to play the radio stream that you find.

Background Play Support
Radio Stream creates a media control notification that allows the stream to be paused or resumed. It can even give some details about the web stream if the stream provides the extra information.

Add as many stations as you would like.
There is a dedicated stations page to add in your favorite radio streams to and easily switch between them anytime you would like. Just enter in the stream URL for your radio stream.

- Added new stations page where you can all your radio streams.
- Redesigned settings page, it now shows your version.
- By default, the name of your station is shown instead of the link, you can show both by changing the setting.
