I was a bit sceptical as I thought this would be another super cheap online shopping service with a rubbish delivery window. But when I saw the prices, I took the plunge. I'm pleased to say that since my first order, I've had nothing but 1st class service. I'm finding the prices online are cheaper than most other stores, and the delivery time is next day! I've even joined their JoyPlus service for a few quid per month so I get even better offers and free delivery.

Excited to buy today on launch date UK, filled my basket up. Sadly a big let down when the code for 10 pound off was invalid no matter how many ways I tried to input it. customer service couldn't help . Purchased without the discount but overall shoddy first experience. Especially as customer service had no idea how to rectify it. if you can't get the basics right what hope have you on returns. So basically NO JOY if that's the beginning to customer service in UK will stick to Amazon.

Perfection is what this app is, I've purchased ordinary food/pet to cleaning and cupboard items to spot carpet cleaning machine and gorgeous rustic coffee table, been using constantly since discovering it on an ad on FB and it's never disappointed and saved me a fortune. I can't applaud and recommend this app enough and the packaging and care is another level, monthly membership if you choose to join only £3.99 pm (a no brainer) saves you even more money, just amazing 🤩
