2022, 2024, 2025 the same problem The application keeps freezing. To do one action, you need to make many attempts. It may be using too much of your phone's RAM. Updated 2026. In a new phone the same problem. For 4 years they couldn't make a good app.

Email OTP doesn't work. After passport scan, details are populated incorrectly, after manually filling in the right dates, it puts the wrong date in the field. It looks like an incompetent team built this app.

App is almost unusable for expat investors who live outside the UAE. developers really need to test all scenarios that support expat investors. If they don't want us to use the app, just clearly exclude nonresidents from account creation.
