how is your response an answer to my statement, "Seems like this App only works in the most perfect reception reception locations. Any weakness some signal causes disconnect to the cloud server."? by the way users, this company does not Bill through Play Store; it bills you directly through your credit card through their website, and when the apps don't work you can't get your money back. 365 is a ripoff, as the desktop browser is non-functional, and has not been updated in 7 years.

What is your country and mobile carrier? Mobile data reception is not up to Puffin. If mobile data is out of range or overloaded, the Puffin client may be disconnected from the Puffin server. Most of the Puffin updates are on the server side rather than the client side. On Android, the client updates are mostly required by Google Play Store.

Okay, for a long time I really loved this app. But these updates have been upsetting. Why do I get and ad when I go to certain websites? It pisses me off, and creeps me out, that it's only a select few. I understand, Puffin employees gotta pay the bills, but god damn I'm sure you can come up with something better than this. Please either make ad distribution more liberal, or remove it. I understand that as a web browser, you look at and sell all my browsing data, but could you do it a bit more quietly? It feels creepy the way it won't play ads on most sites I visit and then BAM, one site generates an ad every time. It feels almost like the engine is trying to direct me toward certain sites, which again is unbelievably creepy. I either want an explanation for why ads appear on certain websites, or a proper, more random feeling, distribution. Thanks! I'd hate to find a browser to replace Puffin after using it for so long. It really is a great tool, and I hope this weird ad thingy can be fixed. :)

In a land of free browsers, there is still a niche market for flash support. However, the pricing model ruins this app. I understand ads on free software, but I usually pay to remove them when that is the option. Unfortunately for Puffin, you can't use this app for more than an hour with ads and you can't pay to remove them without a subscription. I'd be happy to pay a one time fee of 2-5 dollars. There is no way I am paying $2 a month when a free desktop browser works 10 times better.

Chrome just announced its paid version at $6/month. Welcome Chrome to follow Puffin and join the paid browser club. Puffin was criticized that nobody would pay for a browser and bullied that it's idiotic to charge for browsing the Internet. Paid Chrome is living proof that they are wrong, and people are willing to pay for advanced browser features.
