I took the plunge and bought the body pod because it was supposed to offer suggestions for how to "fix" my biggest issue (eat more protein, eat more fiber, less cardio, more strength training, that sort of thing). It doesn't but I still like what it does offer so I'm going to keep it but only use the free version of the app.

Such a HUGE disappointment. I upgraded from the free app for the nutrition data/meal pic upload option. Turns out, the function is not actually available. Can you say "bait and switch"? The milestones creation page doesn't work. The band has not tracked more than 38 steps despite me being on my feet all day. I ordered the Band and Body Pod together and didn't get the BP. Customer service can't tell me when it will ship. For the $$$ spent, this is completely unacceptable.

I was very excited for the scale app doesn't work. I tried to connect with Bluetooth, but it cannot find the pod. I was trying to delete the app and reinstalling but it will not connect. Without the app the scale is useless , after several hours I managed to connect the app and do the measurements . but minutes later when I open it for another measurement, it went back to the log in page and I had to start all over again. im now ready to return the item.
