first time parking in a big city and this made it so simple , avoided many questions and much anxiety. the lot was right across the St from the venue and we booked a spot weeks in advance. didn't need to check in or anything , we just parked and left. it was cheap and the time was even extended for free, past what we initially paid for (probably because we were leaving in the middle of the night). still, we went for a night in the city and this app made it super easy and convenient

Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

we've used this app a number of times and it's worked so well but not tonight. It will not accept any address I input- but only my current location. clearly where we are is not where we want to park. we're looking to book parking before we leave but it is not allowing me to find any parking except for exactly where I currently am. Perhaps there's a glitch in the system today? Hoping this could be fixed so we can use it the next time we are looking for parking
