An absolutely great game for story, game mechanics, visuals, character design, and events. They're extremely generous with their gems for character gacha rolls, new outfits, weapons, etc. You can get hundreds of gems each month once you've leveled up enough - and each gacha roll is 30 gems. The purchase price for gems is rather high if you're just trying to buy them, but their monthly passes and bundles are quite good. It's also CRAZY how much story and side quest content they have.

Hello, here is my updated review of the game. I'm not going to sugarcoat it: this game is very pay-to-win heavy. This means you have to keep up with all the festivals, collaborations, cosmetics (which give stats), gear, and upgrading your units. This is a very grind-heavy game; half of the progression is pay-oriented. Yet again, it's not impossible, but the new player experience and fall-off rate are largely because pay options aren't embellishments; they're an endgame essential.

It's a great game, could play it for hours even, but there are a few problems involving the audio for me. The game will often have lag times when loading the selections you make from the menu and, say for example, when I click the "back" button from the character customization, the audio cuts off completely, likely due to the lag making the audio break or something. The problem is fixed when I restart the game, but doing so constantly to run into the same problem is a hassle.
