A week ago, the app started crashing as soon as I turned my toothbrush off when I finished brushing. It logged some sessions, but not all of them. I decided to uninstall the app and re-install it and it doesn't crash anymore, except now all my previous data is useless. I signed into my account and while my previous sessions do appear in the history tab, they all are listed as "unguided" which means they don't count for anything, and is especially frustrating given they were ALL guided sessions.

Pamela, we're so sorry to hear your sessions have changed to unguided, & that the app has been crashing. It may help to sign out and sign back in. If you continue to have troubles, please call us at (800) 566-7252.

The app worked fine for the first few days, but within a week it stopped tracking my brushing sessions entirely. The toothbrush still works, but the app no longer records activity or provides any useful feedback. For something that’s supposed to add value to the product, this is a major letdown. The hardware is solid, but the app feels unreliable and inconsistent. I wouldn’t depend on it if tracking is important to you.

The app itself is great; you can set all kinds of timers, goals, settings, etc, but either the toothbrush or the app cannot tell where you're brushing. You basically have to use your own judgment on how well you brushed area-wise and disregard what it says on the app. If there were some way to calibrate to your mouth or a specific path to brush in, it would be much better.

We’re sorry to hear your brush isn't tracking well. To help improve position detection, start with the outside surfaces of the teeth and move from one tooth to the next, letting the brush sit against each tooth briefly, and then repeat this with the chewing and inside surfaces. If you have further questions, please call us at (800) 566-7252.
