The app itself was great. Traveled to the pick up location and they told me I needed a credit card and utility bill that matched my new address. I haven't had a chance to change my driver's license. None of this was stated in documents that were needed while booking. I had already prepaid for the rental with a debit card. Prepayment shouldn't be a thing if required documentation showing address is needed. Called customer service and they are going to refund the $200 I had spent.

I've traveled to 10 different countries and each time have rented vehicles with Sixt. Sometimes in the most unusual and remote places and the one thing they have remained consistent on is their customer service, Front pricing and reliable vehicles readily available. As far as I'm concerned for all my travels no matter where they are this will always be my go to!

The app was so misleading. I did everything online including the payment and verification. But when I got to the location, they said that the payment that I used was not accepted and that if I used a different one I needed 2 utility bills and that they didn't accept a long list of debit cards but accept debt cards, it was a disaster. Iwould not recommend it all.
