It was better earlier but now it has become so bad that if there is a problem with an order, it takes two to three hours to cancel the order. Same thing, the problem is with the customer too. Many restaurant locations on the Snoonu map are inaccurate, causing serious delivery issues. The app often shows a shorter distance, but in reality the route becomes much longer. This increases delivery time, fuel cost, and reduces overall earnings. Another major problem is the “Arrived” status. Even when I am physically standing in front of the restaurant, the app shows I am not at the merchant location due to incorrect map pinning. This creates delays and unnecessary confusion. I updated the app yesterday and there was no chat support option and today I updated it again and now there's only two options contact support or check order status and both of these options are useless
