This game could be so much fun and challenging. However I cant tell, because we spend more time watching ads than actual game play. I know there is an option to buy a package to get rid of the ads, but not all of us can afford to buy these packages. I can understand needing some ads to generate your money off click bait, Even when you have the option of not seeing an ad that round, they still play the ad along with another ad right after. uninstalling

The version of the game where the words scroll up like the ad is in the 'Challenge' section of the game and is more fun than the actual game although i cant figure out how not to run out of time. Maybe include instructions. Also there r inappropriate words. This Challenge could be a game in itself if the words started flowing faster after you get a certain number of words or after each advancing phase. With a slight modification, and an inappropriate word filtering, the game would be better.

I am so, so addicted to this game. I don't remember how I came across it--I think I just looked at free games? Anyway, I like the Jumble in the newspaper, and crosswords, and this game is really good for people who like stuff like that. I am always starting it whenever I have even a spare moment. I'm afraid I'll get to the end soon, but I haven't yet! I'm so glad the makers made it go up to so many levels! My only quibble is that the game randomly expects you to know that it considers certain proper nouns as words, but only some: Alec, Nick, Wally, but not Debra or Steven. Aside from that, it is so fun and so compelling--I drive myself nuts trying to find the one or two words I can't think of.. Sometimes I end up having to get the hint for 60 coins, but I have enough coins from playing so much and so many extra words that I never have to spend any money. The ads are mostly short, and you can opt out of most long ones. For a free game, the ads really aren't bad--mostly just a few seconds if that. I'm currently on level 987 and I hope it goes on and on! I just had a really devastating loss in my life and I've been struggling to cope, and truly, discovering this game has helped me distract myself and keep my mind from dwelling/obsessing. I am so grateful to the creators of Word Cross. This game helped me in the worst time of my life. I LOVE IT. Highly recommend.
