Cannot login. It gives OTP and then when u input OTP, it times out before redirecting. Plus there is no help. only FAQ

vouchers shouldnt have expiry we are buying them not getting as reward or points. then why should they expire so soon.? also buyer should get reward loint scheme etc

The update really messed up the app! It became complicated to set-up a group gift card, no longer possible to add a group picture and a lengthy process overall. In addition, even the organizer of the gift card no longer has access to receiver's details post setting up the gift and is no longer given updates on whether the gift card was properly delivered or sent. I had to contact customer service 3 times to amend a simple gift card. Please fix as it is not customer oriented anymore.
