"I'm having trouble creating my account on your app. I've filled out all the details and everything seems fine until I reach the gender selection page. Even though my VPN is turned off, I'm getting a message to turn it off. I've tried multiple times but it's not working. Please help me resolve this issue so I can complete my account setup. Thanks!

ā ļøwarning I feel itās important to share my experience with Gemgala so others can avoid the frustration Iāve gone through. Last year, I made a payment for gems, and the payment was successful ā I was properly debited, and my account was credited immediately. Everything seemed fine at the time, and I had no reason to doubt the system.However, months later, I started receiving requests from Gemgala to reverse the payment, with the claim that they never received the money .which is completely false

I invited someone few minutes ago and I didn't get my 10,000 gems reward, it's saying processing, please what exactly is it processing, because I don't really understand why you people didn't process when she was registering only to start processing when it got to giving me my gems, please look into this, I'm not really happy about it at all!!!!
