content is great, app works fine. however it is annoying that only 1 language is available for the documentary i want to see, always only the same as in the app setting. So in order to watch in different language i need to change my app settings.. it works but its just a work around and the language choice option in video is useless.

A solid app with a rich selection of documentaries, reports, concerts, and films. It supports multiple languages, but only one can be active at a time—so setting it to English hides German-only content like "Arte Journal", which makes the experience inconsistent for multilinguals.

5 stars for content, but effectively only 2 because of bad language handling (audio tracks and subtitles). For example, I was starting to watch something. It played in German per default. Dubbing is awful, and I prefer to watch in original language with same language as subtitles (don't hear well). I managed to switch audio to original (English), but then the only choice for subtitles was French. Other productions can only be viewed dubbed, and for some there are no subtitles available at all!
