When the app works, it's mostly great. Sometimes it gives trouble with keeping lights in sync and I have to go reset the time cycles multiple times. However, as of the new update, I can no longer log in no matter what I do. Reset password, one time use password (never works) clear cache, uninstall... please fix this! The app is completely useless now and my lights are now totally out of sync.

I have to sign in (manually enter email and password) every single time I use this app. I have talked to customer service and walked through all the troubleshooting, and still this app WILL NOT stay logged in. I have several of the grow lights, so I am unfortunately committed, but two of the lights don't ahere to the timers when the app disconnects, so I have to log in specifically to turn them off.

THIS APP SUCKS. the lights are great. but they're pretty much useless your home to turn them on and off. the app is unreliable. I cannot get logged in nor will it let me create a new account. so none of my lights are usable. you can't even place them on a timer because they won't turn on. you literally must use the app or manually to turn them on. I literally have better luck with lights from Temu. 0/10 recommend
