Most of the app works alright. The Fursan portion is terrible. The program itself is a nightmare; miles from flights need to be added manually or by request 60% the time. I've lost tens of thousands of miles over the years. The method isn't clear. It runs you in circles with no results. As others say, there's no customer service to help when this fails. There is no info when milage requests are pending/denied. My wife will get miles and I won't despite being on the same flight or vice versa!

The worst customer experience I have ever seen, despite the incredible prices, the refund policy for flexible tickets' modification is so unclear, just under processing, no policy, no timeline, no support, waste of time and money. for more than 35 days trying to solve my refund problem with them and the result is always (just wait, no more actions we can do for you). +100 complaints, +1000 minute calls, it is all failure

Changing my earlier 5 start to 0 star. Website, app, customer service all three sucks! I paid for flex business so that i can cancel my flights due to frequently changing war conditions. Now the app doesn't send OTP on the mobile number, hence unable to proceed with cancellation. Customer service said they cant help, only option to do from app and website. Such a pathetic airlines and customer service. Modifying phone number on contact details of booking, doesn't show the updated number.
