Earthquake Watcher is a comprehensive security application developed to increase earthquake awareness and make it easier to take the right steps in emergencies. The application combines real-time earthquake tracking, vibration-based alarms, an emergency whistle, AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency) assembly area inquiry, and a categorical earthquake guide in a single, simple interface.

On the Recent Earthquake screen, you can track current earthquake records in both list and map views. The list view clearly displays earthquake magnitude, location, date-time, and depth information. The map view visualizes earthquakes by magnitude, allowing for faster interpretation of regional intensity and impact area. You can receive instant alerts when new earthquake data arrives, depending on your notification settings, and activate a special alarm notification option for earthquakes of magnitude 5.0 and above.

The alarm section operates based on tremor data received from your phone's sensors. You can set the sensitivity appropriate to your environment and leave the alarm active for nighttime use. When a tremor is detected, a loud alarm is activated and continues until silenced. Additionally, a notification is sent to your device as soon as the alarm is triggered, providing an extra layer of security. This reduces the risk of missing alerts even if the app is running in the background.

The whistle section is designed to quickly send an audible signal to those around you in an emergency. You can choose between a one-time whistle or automatic repeat mode. Automatic mode makes the call for help continuous by playing again shortly after the whistle sound ends. Large and readable control buttons aim for quick use even in stressful moments.

The AFAD Assembly Area tab provides quick access to the official query screen. You can open the official page from within the application, or switch to an external browser to continue the query if necessary. Necessary permission flows are supported for location-based usage scenarios.

The Guide section contains practical information organized under the headings "Before an Earthquake," "During an Earthquake," and "After an Earthquake." It offers suggestions applicable to daily life, from home fixing measures to correct behavioral steps, from aftershock awareness to the contents of an earthquake kit. The aim is not only to provide information but also to turn correct behavior into a habit.

The settings screen includes options for dark theme support, notification on/off, new earthquake notification, and 5.0+ alarm notification. The dark theme is applied to the entire application instantly. The interface is designed to be accessible to different age groups with high contrast, readable typography, and simple navigation logic.
