The app is legit, deposit in my account was quick, and the transfer was seamless. the app itself is very buggy, switching from deposit screen to home is stuck many times, it should be checked and fixed. overall really good option to send money abroad.

I have been Using Rewire since 3.5 years never faced any trouble and when faced the customer support was Excellent. Recently since many Indian workers have arrived the customer support is deteriorating beyond repair. I accidentally uploaded wrong UPI details and just requested them to delete it from a receipt, for 9 days they lied my request is in process and today when I contacted them they replied Town down your voice on Chat . poor experience 😔😔😔😔

I have a bad experience with this app. I have tried to do a transaction and the amount got deducted from my account. The transaction got cancelled due to some errors but the amount still not processed back. It's been almost 30 days and I keep calling the customer service. Fed up with sharing of screen shots and bank statements. Worst experience. I think, once i get the refund, better to close the account with Rewire. I won't suggest this service to other people.

Hi Sanooj, thanks for your important feedback. Please be notified that the refund has been initiated to your orirginal account. Since the authorization has been expired. Please be advised to kindly check with the issuing bank to release the fund back to the account the money was originated.
