The Ballpark app and MLB app will not work on my Google Pixel 9. removed the cache, uninstalled, called support. FYI, the AI assistant is useless. Called support. I`m still waiting for a call back more than 48 hours after the original call. Back when there was hard tickets in my hand. I never had these issues. Progress? It doesn't appear that way. The MLB and Ballpark app are useless. Getting the error message "Something went wrong. Please verify credentials and try again" doesn`t work.

The app just added the "Wallet" feature that replaces the Season Ticket Member ID card used to get discounts in the ballpark. The problem is....IT DOESN'T WORK. The "Wallet" just loads a blank page. This is probably the MLB's way of saying they offer a benefit to season ticket holders without having to actually provide the benefit. Update: I got a response from MLB asking me to go to a link to provide additional information. The link doesn't work. Come on MLB. The season starts in TWO DAYS!!!

App doesnt install on a Samsung 25Ultra. I get the verification code, and then it just spins and spins, even after multiple un-installs and re-installs. update: got a reply drom the developer with a link that doesnt work🤣. But eventually on my own got to a site where i could submit a form. i essentially said the same thing as in the review. We'll see…
