this is probably the worst app I have ever used. If I ever manage to log in (and the customer service system doesn't seem well set-up to help users with that) I can only hope the experience once logged in is better, but that doesn't seem very likely. As some services are only available through the app, please Cigna, sort it out.

I can't believe that I cannot select an adult dependent while attempting to schedule a consultation on the app. Only two options are available, the primary subscriber or a dependent under the age of 18. Basic features missing include: digital member IDs, medical/dental claim forms, look up a provider in network, billing section/pay premium. Stick to the website instead.

As with many other reviewers, I cannot login - the error "Oops, something went wrong" comes up even though I've registered and can login to the website fine. Have tried clearing cache, storage and reinstalling the app multiple times. I have emailed customer support back and forth about this issue a month ago but clearly nothing has been fixed yet. [UPDATE] Still not able to login with the latest 1st June 2021 update. Same error as 4 months ago persists.
