Mostly, the app is very, very useful. I don't know why all calendar apps don't have an enhanced "snooze" feature like this app provides. The one important thing missing, IMO, is that when I create a new calendar event that will occur within the one day that I set as the event's default reminder, this app fails to remind me at all, so I must open this app, chase the new entry, and edit the notification time to ensure that it reminds me.

New comment: This has always worked fine, and suddenly, it makes no sound. I have everything turned on, and I've completely rebooted. It stopped making a sound. Why is there no option for "No Snooze"? If I don't respond to the alarm, it WILL go off again in a few minutes, and I see no option shutting off the snooze so that it doesn't go off again if I don't acknowledge it or if I acknowledge it even a second late. It would also be nice if you could have different alarm sounds and setting for each of your calendars.

Excellent app!!!! This is so important! I miss notifications and email reminders all the time for important meetings, or events. With this app installed I get an alarm instead of a quick flash on my screen as a notification, or am email I have to open and sift through all my other emails. I love getting an alarm scheduled through calendar. You can set a reminder as many times as you like at the same time you schedule the appointment. It's an awesome tool. You can choose any sound/song you want.
