I use Marco Polo everyday, but it's error handling is hot garbage. Often I will record a 5-10 minute Polo, send it, and I will get an UNABLE TO PLAY message on my device. it never shows up to the recipient, and it doesnt show up on my other devices. It is wild that it doesnt save a cached copy before confirming the Polo was accurately sent. This app has been around too long for these kinds of basic design failures. App stability has to be a first priority, but it doesnt seem to be the case.

Good way to stay connected asynchronously. My family liked the concept enough to try the premium version for a year. We've found the pay walled features are OK but the app has stability issues at times and, beyond some extra flexibility in navigating longer messages, most of the premium features aren't that useful. Now they're hiking the price another 30%... can't justify spending that much on it.

I used to use this app all the time and absolutely loved it. I wish the monthly charge wasn't so expensive, otherwise I would pay for it more regularly as the added benefits are super nice. but besides that, I'm curious if there is a bug that's being addressed where every time I attempt to go into the premium share option the whole app shuts down. it's really frustrating cuz I am paying and I want to share it but it won't let me
