I paid $.50 for 1 day unlimited access, that renews $14.99 weekly. The money has been taken from my account, but I have no access to the app content. It's still asking me to pay for a subscription or buy coins. The subscription isn't showing up in my Google Play app, where I should be able to cancel it, and I can't find a way to cancel on the Shorten app, possibly because it doesn't recognize me as having a subscription yet. Very disappointing.

I had paid for a year subscription and doesn't expire until February 11 2026 and today when I try to watch a story it is wanting me to buy coins or a new subscription. It happened after I updated. this needs to be fixed. these apps already charge ridiculous prices for subscriptions and now they don't work properly after you pay them.

02/18/2026 Update Although the movies are great, the customer service part of this is a 0. I paid .99 as a trial and $6.99 is the alleged amount there after per month. That's the special I signed up for. When I tried to confirm the payment, I was told their monthly fee is $22. That's a grand increase from $6.99 to pay monthly. I went back to check my acct and yes $6.99 is what was promised, but yeah, they are decieving.. I said in my first review, if it was a lie I would cancel. So be it
