Torn between 3 and 4 stars. It's very handy when it works but too often when I launch the app I see an endlessly spinning icon and the message "No forecast available. There may be a problem with the server or network." I contacted them several weeks ago to say that it didn't seem to work late at night. To their credit, they replied quickly, said they knew and have fixed it. But it's happening at other times too. For example, that icon has been spinning all thru my typing this review. 😑

This app seemed to have the most accurate data, but now it isn't loading any information at all as of 03/20/25. It just sits and spins; tried clearing app data and then reinstalling it to no avail. The website still loads, so I guess I can use that. Update: As of 03/25/25, the website isn't working either. If you're reading this, the Zyrtec AllergyCast app is a decent alternative that gives similar readings to what this one did. I live in an area that tends to give false "low pollen" readings.

Great while it worked, unfortunately sometime last year, it stopped working - the app now constantly says there's no forecast available, possibly due to a problem with the server or network. I waited through the winter, but no fix as of April. Uninstalling and reinstalling also didn't work. It's too bad; the widgets were useful and I liked seeing the specific sources of pollen at a glance.
