Hello, I want to report and dispute a failed transaction. I made a payment on 1688 but the transaction failed, however my account was debited 4 times. It has been over 20 days and I have not received any refund. Please I would like to initiate a chargeback/dispute for these transactions. This app always restricts you after creating your account, and there'll be no customer care available for you to contact. Neither will they lift the restrictions for you after going through their required process. Meanwhile they'll be advertising to attract people to shop there. A very poor experience.

The app is so disgusting. I made an order, paid for it and I can't login to track my order. I have been restricted from logging in without any offense. I have already paid for the order too.
