Very bad experience. I placed an order with 30 minute delivery promise. It was not delivered that day. I called the next day and they apologized and said it would arrive, but nothing came. I waited another day and called again. Same apology and no timeline. After the call I checked the app and my order was cancelled without informing me. Three days wasted for nothing. Extremely unprofessional service

I placed an order using the 60-minute express delivery service for 3 products, but only 2 items were delivered. The third item was suddenly cancelled, and I received an SMS about a refund without any prior notice. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the item was out of stock. However, this is very confusing because even after more than 2 hours, the same product is still showing as available in the app for 60-minute delivery. This situation is very disappointing,

I have been unable to log in for over a week. Every time I contact support, they give me the same scripted response: "It's a technical issue, wait 24–48 hours." It has been way past that timeline and nothing has changed. What is the point of releasing "new versions" and updates if your actual customers can’t even get past the login screen? This is completely unprofessional for a healthcare provider. Don't waste your time installing this until they actually fix the basic infrastructure.
