I find this app entirely excessive, I should not have to download an app and create an account to pick up a parcel I have already paid for. I stood for 10 minutes in the rain to create enough space on my phone to be able to download the app to then still have to create an account to receive my verification sms to then open the locker. We don't need an app for everything, copy the other couriers and simply send an email code to be typed at pick-up. I will be avoiding Postnord as much as possible.

terrible experience downloading the app and registering, would and still does not take my mobile nos and no help over the weekend. Have been trying to pick up a parcel for 2 days in a locker using the tracking number in the app ,there is nowhere that shows a QR code .Absolutely stressful ,debilitating trying to work out how to pick one parcel up ,wasted two driving trips and time .Absolute nightmare.

When there isn't an issue PostNord is an excellent service. But when there is an issue, PostNord easily has the worst customer service experience. I received a customs invoice TWO days after the payment deadline. I tried contacting them through their chatbot, but it's broken 90% of the time. The 10% percent of the time it does work customer service is busy anyways, so it tells you to try again later. They increased the deadline recently, but didn't bother to give me a chance to pay the invoice.
