This year was my second year using this app for Carnival, and I noticed there were more drivers near my hotel in the Center of Excellence. Unfortunately, most drivers didn't have much urgency to take my ride requests to/from Port of Spain because they didn't want to be in traffic. Also, looks like the driver can (and will) switch from a card payment to cash without your permission, and once they switch there is no switching back. Hopefully the switching wont be allowed next year.

Thanks for using allRiDi again for Carnival, Dante. During peak traffic, availability can vary, but we continue improving coverage. Drivers cannot switch payment methods. when it works it's mediocre at best. driver cancel and i get no notification the address i enter simply never reads correctly for the driver and scheduling a ride is a hot or miss seeing as it can be canceled at anytime and sometimes the app cancels it for u with no notification and last minute you're left scrambling. had an incident where 2 drivers were assigned to my scheduled ride and no one knows how

Was lulled into a false sense of security by the relatively higher ratings, better reviews and a 5/5 first ride. Then today happened, scheduled a ride for 7:00 pm, kept checking the app. After 6:00 tried to contact the driver to no avail. Gave it until 6:45, noted a different driver was assigned, contacted him. He "thinks" he canceled the ride, but is showing up as scheduled. Got a message indicating his ETA is 8 mins. Support was an unhelpful, canned response. Unreliable & disappointing.

We’re sorry for the frustration with your scheduled ride. This appears to be a driver cancellation sync issue where the trip showed active when it wasn’t. This isn’t acceptable and has been flagged for review. Please message us in-app so we can look into this and make it right.
