This is horrible. I signed up 4 days ago made a deposit (and was told they cover your losses on your first day/deposit) it can take 72 hours, well I never received anything and I followed every rule they had. Not only that but now I can't login to my account or to play. "Service Unavailable Try Later". I contact FanDuel and they were terrible and no answers except "Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and hope it works". Really?? They take your money with no problem though.. Now what??

Literally caught illegally changing payout. I got a casino bonus in which I turned it into over $500 and then I went to the slot machine and started playing and screen recorded everything because I knew what was going to happen. they eliminated the minimum bet and the second lowest minimum then every win would pay out as if it was the minimum bet so a five real three-bar win was paying out 4 cents. even money balls were coming out at 40 cents a pop when at 2+/3+$ a spin they should've been 1$

is there a reason when using the Mohegan sun casino app, you are randomly logged out every 45 minutes or so. it doesn't matter how many times I reinstall the app, clean cache, etc, its constantly ends the session, and then gets stuck on the loading screen for a never ending amount of time, so the app needs to be closed and then reopened to log back in. I'm assuming this is just the way the app is since it's been happening for such a long time but it's pretty frustrating
