Also, if you subscribe through PayPal, you need to cancel it through PayPal app. It does not appear in your Play Store Subscription like it says in the VibeNovel app.

There is no way to read further without spending money. At least other apps will let you watch an ad to unlock chapters, even if temporarily, to let you continue reading the story. This one doesn't even have a way to let you earn coins to unlock chapters. it's all just straight up paying for it. Immediately uninstalled!
