Mobile deposits take 5 to 7 days sometimes longer. The mobile app doesnt update often. There are pending transactions from early 2025. Customer service cant help you when you do finally get ahold of someone. Then they ask you to wait through a holiday weekend for your money because they cant see the deposits in their system and they are just hoping that your deposits magically show up. What exactly am I paying for? No Stars, but they make you do 1. I will be canceling my subscription.

if I could give QB negative I would. Regardless phone or computer the app still doesn't recognize automated transfers from bank accounts at the same bank for pairing. it only recognizes the manually done transfers. Seriously, pay a lot of money to have automation. that doesn't work and a glorified AI that's just a fancy instruction manual / search engine. Why can't your AI recognize these transactions are paired. Wasted so much money on this product. Frustrating!!!

constantly changing and never for good. multiple search bars that should be combined into 1. queries for the searches don't work correctly. (not user error) if I'm looking for something labeled description It should show up when I type "des" I have to type in the full word and not put a space at the end. randomly decides it can't or won't save anything, not even in app reviews.
