Tastes amazing and good for meal replacement, if you're consistent you really see results. Ive been using the shakes for almost a year.

I drink these on days I work and even with minimal changes to my diet otherwise, I've kept most of the weight off that I lost for the whole year. Typically I feel like I need to start the new year with a diet to reset me but this is the first time in years that I don't feel I need to. So glad they came back in time for my birthday.

So far I love the products I get from this company. The meal replacement shakes are pretty good. I make a smoothie with them though, I dont just mix with water and drink... I like to blend with frozen fruit and ice. But they taste pretty good and fill me up. Im about to try the super greens
