The Agoda partner app is extremely disappointing and frustrating to use. For a global company like Agoda, the quality of the partner extranet and mobile application is far below expectations. As a hotel owner, I depend on this platform daily, but instead of making operations easier, it creates unnecessary complications.

The worst booking app. Customer service doesn't respond, whether by phone or email. I haven't been able to collect my booking fees for more than two months.

Very good technical support. Always respond & fixed reported issue. The app was user friendly interface & easy to maintain. Very important is, Agoda team always reply my email. Thanks.
