This is the worst application I have ever used! EVERY time I create a password, either it works once, and then the very next login it says it doesn't recognize this password. I have made at least 10 passwords for this app! I have been locked out several times, had to use the chat service, told by the now extinct customer service that I needed to use the right browser address, which changes depending on the customer service. UHC, please fix this app. Look at your poor reviews.

Has been saying "unknown error" since I started using the App. The previous APP before the "upgrade" (which was a DOWNGRADE) APP was forced on us worked flawlessly for years. Their "fix" was to call in and order by item number, reciting each number & quantity instead of putting my order in and hitting submit. Went from a 10 minute max to a 20 minute minimum ordeal to order what I need since you have to ask the representative to repeat what they're saying 3 or 5 times.
