I have an issue with my subscription. I subscribed to a 3-month VMX Plus Viva One plan for the price of two, but I can’t use it or watch any movies because it keeps telling me to complete my subscription. The payment was already deducted from my GCash account. I also can’t reach your customer service. Please fix this or refund my payment.

I was billed for this month in the amount of P269.00 thru my credit card. Unfortunately, I did not subscribed for this on February 2026 as well as for this month. I had only subscribed for one month on January 2026 thus my billing on February. Please correct the billing and issue credit memo for this.

loading im kinda disappointed in this app useless you cant play the video never install this because it will only play at first but after maybe 2days of watching after you open the app again it will loading you for hours..nope not hours DAY!!!OR MORE!!!
