Waiter created account for me and I received a number. Installed the app. Number is nowhere to be written in that app. Tried making and account, it doesn't allow as my email was already in use (maybe some old account in another country) and no possibility of resetting the password or anything. Tried contacting customer care, they said "delete the app and try again).

I'm a member of the Aura Mena and have somuch credits that are expiring soon but no matter what I try, no matter how long l wait, I can't unlock my account in order to use my points. Ps help,Please .Thank you.

I made a purchase on one of the stores associated with Aura, my Aura account was linked but Aura said I don't have any transactions so I didn't get any points from that purchase. EDIT: It happened to me more than once, and I'm sure it will keep happening. There's always an issue whenever I want to pay, they always ask for my details more than once. Sometimes I'm on the system, sometimes I'm not.
