Awful! This app just keeps getting worse. I want to update my photo, it won't let me. I'm told it needs permission for my camera, which it anyway has. Then I try to upgrade my membership to add guest privileges, but it won't let me. This is junk, nothing works on the app. Wish you'd just bring back the bar code cards. It's the only thing we use this app for anyways.

The sign in option doesn't work well for the fingerprint which only leaves you with a password option which is tedious. You can't use the app to sign up friends in studio classes if they come with your 2 free guest passes. They don't have good description of classes. Otherwise, given that you use the app for everything at the gym it's not too bad

This gym outstanding. Great staff, quality equipment, the environment is very personable even since its a big gym, great customer service and I appreciate the app. The App is helpful and its very interactive. The gym doesnt ever feel over crowded and its very clean. S/O to my Lift class instructor Troy and my yoga class teacher LaRissa, definitely recommend these two personally. You can find trainers and the personnel that fit your gym needs. I'm not getting paid for this either, so sign up. 💪
