Based on complaints and comments here I'll be sticking with the free account. The app appears to function okay. But there's a white banner-sized space behind my uploaded profile pic, with no way to upload an image for the blank spot - so not a great look. Also my van isn't on the drop-down menu, there's no blank field to fill in, so I'm forced to pick the closest instead.

This app has gone down hill. We paid for the premium and it is frustrating. If you want to change your first day, you have to login thru the web...can't be done in the app. If you want to use multiple devices, it takes multiple closures to communicate to those other devices. A lot of times when you are searching or trying to click on a spot, the app just spins and spins. Will think long and hard (twss) to buy another annual plan.

You’re right that some trip editing actions (like adjusting the start date) are currently only available on the web. We’re working on improvements to bring more of that functionality into the app. The syncing issues between devices and the loading/spinning behavior you’re seeing aren’t expected, and we’d really like to take a closer look at that.

I downloaded the app and paid for the membership, I never really used the app, just not that good. But, I get charged for a renewal, no correspondence, nothing. Emailed support on day 8 of the charge being deducted for my credit card. I am told they have a 7 day grace period, and I'm one day over. My complaint is that they should have sent a renewal notice, like all other companies do. This is not because it got lost in my spam folder. They didn't send a notice.

We offer you easy access to manage your subscription right in your profile or in the Play Store (depending place of purchase), but it sounds like you needed a bit of help finding that. Our support team is always ready to answer those types of questions!

What’s new

We've been busy making Roadtrippers better for you. This update brings a refreshed navigation experience that makes it easier to find what you need, plus improvements to your profile and settings so everything is right where you'd expect it. We also squashed a handful of bugs and made other small improvements under the hood. Happy travels!
