I downloaded the app & have not been able to actually get in. I went to the Rockets game last night & had to transfer my tickets to some one else just so I could get it scanned and get in the game. Every time I try to log in, it tells me there was an error but the web version allows me to sign in. These electronic tickets are cool when everything works but when it dies not, the buy is left hold the short end of the stick. Whoomp whoomp...

this app make you jump through hoops, and not allow you to sign in afterwards, there is no available customer service, the number will leave you on hold for ever, they force you to download to get tickets, but then don't allow you access to your tickets that you paid for months ago, really good money. very disappointed

I have reset my password 3 times and each time after attempting to sign in it I receive a message "your password/email do not match our records". And I know it cant be the email because I have successfully received the reset link via email.
