works pretty good for most things. U-Haul has some good rates. I'm having problems getting quotes on longer rental periods because the app keeps hanging when I try to enter the number of days and miles to get the special rates. fix this and I'll give you five stars. ps: I also wish that I could save a location as my preferred location. it always defaults to the U-Haul that is closest to me and not is not the one that I like to go to because it doesn't have storage. Also, I can't see the contract

This might be the worst app ever created. I've rented 4 trucks using it. none of these rentals has been seamless, something always breaks, photos aren't accepted, it says you've completed the return, but, wait, it's still active when you wake up the next morning. I can't tell you how many times I've had to force stop, clear data, and re-login to try to get this thing to work. Total nightmare. Do not recommend (except when it's your only option).

My experience with Uhaul reservations, customer service calls, and this app was the worst I think I have ever had. First, my reservation location was changed without contacting me directly (emails were not clear). I arrived at 7 am at my desired location to pickup the truck. Once I got there and looked for the instructions to get the keys, I found out the reservation was moved at least 25 miles away (in the opposite direction). This app didnt have my order, I had nothing but problems.
