It's frustrating to require app updates every single time I open the app, regardless if it's during the trip or not. I've never seen this before and it's been happening for years, for multiple trips and multiple phones. Why can't I see my excursion reservations when I'm in the app and off the ship? I can see the reservations before the trip and on the ship. I should be able to access my information at any time. Arbitrary locking of functionality. Clunky UI. Overall frustrating experience.

It's always changing. Menu items disappear and some bookings made don't work. It also needs an on-board chat so new friends have a way to coordinate activities. It's not very intuitive either. Having to constantly disconnect and reconnect to the internet is super annoying. Even getting connected to the internet the first time is really clunky and difficult to figure out.

Online check-in doesn't work completely for us. We did everything it asked, and it says check-in is completed. It never prompted us to print EDOCS and luggage tags. These are the most important docs you need to board the ship. Every time you get in the app to check-in, it says completed and ok pops up for you to tap and exit out. It still doesn't show any info on EDOCS.
