A week ago, the app started crashing as soon as I turned my toothbrush off when I finished brushing. It logged some sessions, but not all of them. I decided to uninstall the app and re-install it and it doesn't crash anymore, except now all my previous data is useless. I signed into my account and while my previous sessions do appear in the history tab, they all are listed as "unguided" which means they don't count for anything, and is especially frustrating given they were ALL guided sessions.

The app worked fine for the first few days, but within a week it stopped tracking my brushing sessions entirely. The toothbrush still works, but the app no longer records activity or provides any useful feedback. For something that’s supposed to add value to the product, this is a major letdown. The hardware is solid, but the app feels unreliable and inconsistent. I wouldn’t depend on it if tracking is important to you.

I haven't had much trouble with the app compared to other reviews, until today. Using my oral-b account on the app sunday morning, I had no problem. Monday morning, I can no longer access the app. I've tried to clearing the cache, clearing the data, uninstalling, deleting the app, restarting my device and reinstalling to no avail. The app is useless now. An error says there is something wrong with my credentials when it works just fine on the browswer login.
