I tried to place an order online to take advantage of their bundle deals, which are advertised at great prices. Unfortunately, the system wouldn’t let me check out. When I went in person, the manager said they weren’t allowed to fix the issue, and I was told that if the online system doesn't work, I’d have to pay the higher in-store price—no exceptions. Even after showing them the problem, they still wont honor online price. i guess its just easier to go somewhere else

Every time I try to order on the app for a online only special, the app says some items are not available at this location, change location to different store and same comment. When I phone the location they can do the order but not at discounted price. For the price of wings you would assume that the customer satisfaction would be paramount to bring in repeat business. But not with BW's . I'm done, I'll stick the the local dive bar for my wings and beer 🍺

I signed up for their rewards program becaused it offers a free burger on orders $15+, but there was no way for me to actually add the burger to my order. It even said it was ACTIVE, and I hoped it would come with my order anyway, but nope nothing. Plus the rewards are so expensive and not worth it. 500 points to get some chips and salsa when you only earn 10 points per dollar you spend. Never using this again.
