There is something seriously wrong with this app. It always detect me double tap on a single character while I filling out the registration form. I was in a hurry filling it out as I was in the cashier with a long line up behind me, so I didn't notice i entered double "l" for gmail. And the registration has to locked with a phone number (I only got one phone number). Since I entered a wrong email address and a correct phone number, I can no longer be a member for LIFE!

Notification bell too loud. Always have a hard time loading into the app. And recently, cant even load... just stuck at loading page seeing Donpen slide left right left right -_-# just updated tp latest version to try, still the same. I tried with 2 different data line, still cant. Give up. Really dislike these kinds of 'heavy' apps, so difficult to even load you.

Why am I logged out after I exchanged for the 10 dollars voucher? I have tried tons of times to log in, however unavailable. The app keep on tell me to log in, I logged in and it redirect me to the log in page again n again. I have tried for 10x already. Really fed up. I'm suppose your app developer dint do a good job? Or is there a technique gliche? Why do people leave messages here and nothing to be done? No one ever bothers to reply or take any actions? So why are people leaving feedbacks?
