They bait and switch when it comes time for renewal. Beware! I tried to cancel before my subscription expired and before I could cancel, I had to go through a bunch of attempts to keep me as a customer which included a reduced annual subscription renewal for $33. I can afford that, so I remained as a customer and didn't cancel. At renewal time, I was charged the full amount. Now the Zendesk bot is telling me they cannot issue a refund for the difference that they overcharged me for. SHADY BIZ.

I bought the device and didn't quite get what I was looking for in the device. I decided to cancel the 7 day trial period. At the trial period ended, I was charged for the subscription. I reached out to customer service via email and response was instantaneous. We had a dialogue and in a few days the refund hit my account. No complaints here. Not sure what was different based on the other feedbacks but I think FixD did a swell job supporting me.

this is my go to when my car is acting up. just plug in to ur vehicle, download the app, it will ask for your car information, it gives a detailed reading of the problem, list of mechanics and many other features and I was not subscribed. They offer a higher level of service for an extra low amount. Order your FIXED TODAY..
