Edit - First update offers hope. After playing since launch, which isn't a huge amount of time, I added a star because the game mechanics are simpler, not dull, but easy to pick up and remain uncomplicated. Much like Magic the Gathering was at first, before it metastasized into the bloated mess it is now. Oh, and *no* forced ads, thank the Lord. The biggest obstacle the game faces is growing a sustained player base. The game is quick and enjoyable, but faces the need for mass media saturation.

Mechanics are unique and interesting, and create a very interactive gameplay experience with a decent amount of depth (especially considering the limited set 1 card pool). I was expecting another MTG/Hearthstone clone but was pleasantly surprised. Not much to talk about besides core gameplay tho, all the diff game modes are currently unavailable, there's no single player content and progression system is limited. Def feels like an unfinished, low budget game.

edit. games is lacking many features. this is early access. Edit. this is pay to win for sure. packs are not too hard to get, but their loot percentages are aweful. forcing to pay money for more chances to get rare cards. cuz the rarer the card the more OP. basic cards are next to worthless with a few exceptions. original. so far i really like it. new mechanics, well thought out
